We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our policy below.
Domestic Returns (United States)
We accept returns within 30 days of the shipment date.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused and unworn

Item must be in its original packaging

You must contact us first for return authorization

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If returning an entire order that originally qualified for free shipping, a $5 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

International & Canada Orders
All international and Canadian sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on international orders.
Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund, as processing times vary.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

If the order has not shipped, a full refund will be issued.

If the order has already shipped, it must be returned before a refund is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Include your order number and clear photos of the item
We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
Gifts

Items marked as gifts and shipped directly to the recipient are eligible for store credit.

Items purchased with a gift card will be refunded as store credit.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for assistance.
Return Shipping Recommendations
If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
